Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and responding to clients’ Requests for Proposals/Information.
- Assist in planning and organizing client events, workshops, and thought-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with partners across client service, product management, operations, technology, risk, credit, and legal to optimize product and service delivery.
- Handle KYC requests for new account openings and existing account renewals, ensuring compliance and adherence to timelines.
- Assist in client account planning, segment strategy, and industry analysis.
- Manage the sales pipeline and regional projects through frequent communication with sales and business managers.
- Occasionally travel for business purposes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience as a Junior Relationship Manager or similar role within a financial services organization.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player and independently as a self-starter.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis and research capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; advanced Microsoft Office skills; strong finance, quantitative, and business writing skills.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Korean.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Knowledge of global custody, fund services, and other securities service products and industry.
