Job Summary
As a Client Data Analyst within our Collateral Client Onboarding team, you will be responsible for validating client agreements and related documentation for Collateral Accounts Onboarding. You will partner with the Service delivery team for required Client information and lead a team performing functions across Onboarding, Quality checks, indexing legal documents to an electronic imaging systems and maintaining client records. This role provides an opportunity to enhance your skills in financial services, collateral and custody account setup, and compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrated decision-making skills; accurate and attentive to detail.
- Demonstrate knowledge in OPICS, CCMS, AMS, One Margin.
- Understand collateral products is a strong Positive.
- Validating client agreements and related documentation for Collateral Accounts Onboarding.
- Partnering with the Service delivery team for required Client information.
- Leading team performing functions across Onboarding, Quality checks, indexing legal documents to an electronic imaging systems and maintaining client records.
- Partnering with team-members and managers to communicate areas of concern, escalate areas where training is needed, and will participate in process improvement projects in response to testing results
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- B.com/MBA with minimum 2 years of financial services,
- Financial services industry knowledge with Client account setups and support operations.
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance concepts.
- Demonstrate skill to understand the Standing settlement Instruction.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work; handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Productivity and flexibility through shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Word, Excel, outlook.
- Familiarity with OPICS, CCMS, AMS, One Margin.
