Qualifications
At least 5 years experience in building and leading diverse software engineering teams
Maximizing the team’s impact while supporting the growth aspirations of employees
Business applications development experience with keeping high standards
Tenacity and the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple cross-functional stakeholders and programs
Strong understanding of distributed media systems and architecture
A strong product mindset
Experience in leading large complex projects across many disparate, independent engineering teams through influence and joy of adoption
Ability to deliver and receive candid feedback in a variety of situations
Balancing between giving context vs. driving direction
A track record of growing senior engineers deep into their careers to increase their impact
A passion for communication - with the team, stakeholders, partners, and leadership, particularly across global borders
