Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to.
- Responsible for the operations and maintenance of all critical utilities system including Fire Detection and Protection, Electrical, Water for Injection, Clean Steam, Process HVAC, and Electrical systems.
- Build a high-performance team that delivers right-first time to agreed schedule milestones throughout the project duration.
- Develop the skills of the team, stimulate personal growth and development with effective coaching and training programs.
- Collaborate and work cross functionally to develop and deliver on all aspects of the project and commercialization activities to meet schedule milestones.
- Driving operational and technical excellence, harnessing the power of data and digital technology for decision making.
- Drive effective writing/revising/rolling out of accurate operational procedures, training materials and maintenance procedures, ensure all work is subsequently carried out in line with same.
- Resolve issues and escalate risks in a timely fashion to the relevant on-site stakeholders.
- Energy Management, Environmental Sustainability & Business Continuity.
- Develop Budgets and oversee cost controls for area.
- Asset Lifecycle Planning and improvement projects.
- Supporting and facilitating project sub-teams.

Your profile
- Level 8 Degree qualification or equivalent (Science, Engineering, Technical).
- Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm, the Associate Director Utilities will be a role model for safety, environmental and quality compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership with at least 5 years' experience in a people management role.
- Experienced in change management and leading improvement projects.
- Demonstrated site operations experience, from capital project and commissioning support to manufacturing operations.
- Proven track-record in delivering results in a cross functional environment.
- Innovative thinker, with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of and experience in applying Lean /Reliability Excellence methodologies.
