  • 5+ years of technology-related sales experience, preferably within Data & AI and SaaS Sales .
  • Executive Presence with experience and expertise in selling to senior business decision-makers by aligning and reinforcing the value of the solution to the customer’s overall business pain points or strategic opportunities and decision criteria.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to succeed in a customer-facing role.
  • An understanding and passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, emerging computing trends, and solution partners.
  • A growth mindset with the initiative to independently grow technical knowledge.
  • A self-driven problem-solving attitude and a curious mind, willing to learn more and help others.

Your role will be focused on driving Azure adoption and growing the Microsoft Data & AI footprint within your customers. To be successful, candidates should have both a sales and technical background.

  • Act as a thought leader to define the Data & AI strategy in the market, leading speaking engagements, and highlighting industry-specific best practices and technical trends in the advanced Data & AI space.
  • Drive the year-on-year growth of this business and its percentage of contribution to the overall Azure business in your territory.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of business, leading with a proactive sales approach, a high level of curiosity, deep customer understanding, and a challenger mindset.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and services to lead the proposal or development of solutions that align with customer and Microsoft priorities. Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for new solutions.
  • Act as a mentor for colleagues.
