- Manage a team of content marketers who work with Product Marketing, Design, GTM, and more
- Guide your team to develop best practices, setting clear goals for overall success according to corporate and functional strategies, a data-first approach, and a clear content vision
- Create a product content marketing strategy that aligns with our overall outbound strategy
- Work directly with team leads and stakeholders across the company to translate company goals into content strategy
- Think critically about persona-based messaging, content creation, and content optimization
- Review, edit, and prioritize content marketing projects, including blog posts, ebooks, infographics, email campaigns, and webpages
- Roll up your sleeves and contribute as a content marketer when necessary
Your Experience & Skills
- 4-8 years working in SaaS content marketing, or other related field
- 2-3 years (minimum) of management experience, managing at least 3 direct report
- Native English speaker and writer - a MUST
- Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for varied projects with diverse audiences
- Strong leadership and social skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse writing demands
