As a, you’ll address critical challenges in regulatory compliance, corporate investigations and financial crime, focusing on areas such as money laundering, compliance, open-source intelligence, asset misappropriation and fraud. You’ll work on significant projects, contributing to our clients’ success while accelerating your career in a collaborative, international setting. Your key responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders, internal and external auditors, lawyers and regulatory authorities on projects related to regulatory compliance, including AML/CFT, risk management, internal control system, as well as corporate fraud investigations.
- Handle a large amount of structured and unstructured information from a variety of sources, including open-source intelligence.
- Perform an analysis of information to identify potential fraud risks or non-compliance with laws and regulations.
- Together with more senior team members look for new opportunities to create value for our new and prospective clients.

- Several years of work experience.
- University graduate in Law, Finance, Business or related area.
- Solid academic record.
- Curiosity and knowledge with Lithuanian as well as international regulatory compliance and anti-financial crime regulations.
- Knowledge of the financial sector, its services, and products, keeping up with Lithuanian & international business news.
- Attention to detail, analytical and numerical skills, proactiveness, conceptual thinking, and pragmatic approach.
- High sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to act quickly and adapt to unforeseen circumstances or new developments.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian & English.
