Under the supervision of the Collections Supervisor, you would identify and allocate all payments and ensure that all cash is posted and distributed accurately and within required time frames under conformity to the applicable internal controls and compliance requirements.

• Support with collectionactivities.
• Work with internal / externalcustomers
• Respond to customer requests
• Account reconciliations.
• Handle a customer portfolio.
• Order Releases.
• Evaluate risk on customer credit
• Calling customers by phone
• Supporting on Cash Applications
• Update customer information in SAPand related tools and support
• Demonstrate abilities to deliversolutions to problems
• Strong analytical &problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and writtencommunication skills
• Lead projects that help to reducePD and achieve goals
• Ability to work with lesssupervision providing updates on the progress on portfolios
• Customer account reconciliation
• Lead meetings with teams such as CX,Sales and customers

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / accounting or related field
• 1-year experience with customerservice and collections
