A successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough, and capable of juggling multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast-moving position requiring someone who is a proactive and quick thinker who is able to exercise good judgment and excellent communication.
Responsibilities
  • Schedule and manage meetings, follow-ups, and calendar maintenance for the Executive and occasionally other team members, including scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Manage high-velocity schedule management with a desire for growth in coordinating relationships and projects.
  • Coordinate initiatives and projects by collaborating with teams in multiple time zones to ensure timely completion
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal operations teams and other administrative coordinators
  • Take detailed notes during meetings, disseminate information to the broader team, document decision-making processes, and track subsequent steps
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international, and handle associated administrative duties such as processing travel and expense reports, tracking travel visa requirements, and managing digital and physical filing for the Executive and other team members
  • Manage the distribution of business operations documents, ensuring they are updated, maintained, and effectively utilizing Netflix tools
  • Organize and plan team engagement activities and coordinate guest visits
  • Perform administrative tasks and participate in projects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of team roles and responsibilities to involve the appropriate team members in relevant projects and meetings.
  • Work on business presentations, and memos as required and work with team members to ensure they are completed on time
Qualifications
  • Recommended (but not a prerequisite), 3+ years of experience in media, entertainment, management consulting firm or a related industry, where department/project coordination played a major part in the role

  • Capable to act independently and navigate in uncertain situations
  • Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a broad range of cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Word/Google Docs, Powerpoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000 - $245,000.
