Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance media sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally with a self-serve platform.
Bachelors degree or equivalent, MBA a plus.
Proven track record of leading teams to overachieve and exceed sales targets in the ads space
Professionalism and a positive demeanour, with a commitment to developing business acumen and client-centricity within the team.
English fluency required to liaise with clients and internal stakeholders. Additional Asian languages are advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to develop long-term strategies and guide team efforts toward success across a diverse portfolio of clients.
