Be the SME and Lead for EMEA on Lifecycle incentives.
Build strong working relationships with sales and our Partners to accelerate profitability through software adoption.
Develop an advanced understanding of Cisco’s Shared Support and Value incentives, in addition to Lifecycle, enabling end-to-end discussions with Partners on profitability.
Become an SME on Cisco 360 during FY25, to support the theatre teams and Partners for the H2 FY26 launch.
Collaborate with the worldwide team and be responsible for driving theatre needs, including areas of enhancements, and implementing solutions to accelerate incentive adoption and growth.
Deliver regular updates to the EMEA and theatre teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Extensive and proven Partner-centric background - minimum 5 years.
Extensive experience in work cross-functional working, collaboration, and influence in a matrix management environment to achieve goals.
Expertise in running Partner incentives or programmes.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills - fluency, written and verbally in English (including business language) is a must.
Excellent business judgment, diplomacy, negotiation and decision-making skills.
