You will provide legal and business expertise in the evaluation, development, and negotiation of commercial transactions, contracts, proposals, and quotes while ensuring compliance with current policies and procedures and minimizing contractual risk.
Your role:
create contract solutions that minimize risk and provide value to Philips and customers.
Partner with field personnel and internal departments to evaluate and negotiate contracts for sales/service (i.e., capital, consumables, Software as a Service (SaaS), service, consulting, etc.) as well as other related documents. Also, provide support to the customer fulfillment and proposal team for Request for Proposal’s (RFPs), Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quotes (RFQs).
Recommend and implement improvements of policies and processes to ensure proposals and contractual documents align with the company's business controls, policies and procedures. Additionally, maintain contract files and update contract activity in Salesforce (SFDC) and other workflow tools. Advise field teams and management of contractual rights, obligations, and provide interpretation of terms and conditions identifying solutions.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+years of experiencedrafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (or a combination of experience and education).
Your skills include in MS Office; with the ability to learn and adapt to other programs such as Saleforce.com (SFDC), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and Lean methodology. Project management; as well as, solid analytical and negotiation skills, required.
You have a Bachelor’s degree (required), Paralegal, Certified Contract Management (CCM) [or other contract management certification], or J.D. desired.

You are also a well-organized multi-tasker, skilled at workingin a fast-paced, high-energydeadline-drivenenvironment, establishing priorities, gaining cooperation through persuasion to find solutions, and building consensus across functional areas, while managing various projects and setting priorities to achieve outcomes.

Pay Transparency Details
The pay range for this position is $95,000 to $116,000. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
