Besides others, your core responsibilities will be the following:Steer all warehouse flow activities - receive, stow, pick, pack, provision, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Steer all dock flow activities – Inbound (IB) and Outbound (OB)
Allocate daily and weekly RAD Support Associate (AA) resources to meet demandMonitor weekly and daily forecast vs. capacity for all standard RAD operative tasks
Troubleshoot and support RAD Support AAs in all daily activities
Ensure of correct processing of requests in the Digital SC Solution (DSCS - ERP-System)
Inventory management
Monitor and report on defined KPIs
Steer ICQA activities within RDE1 - Weekly cycle counts, Inventory maintenance, Physical storage maintenance (5s, etc.)
Monitoring of threshold levels using DSCS and inventory dashboards
Inventory balancing between 3PL and RAD
Enforce safety guidelines and execute H&S audits
Standing and/or walking during a minimum 8 hour shift
Lift up to 35 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
Work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather
The position will work Mon-Fri in early shift model with flexibility according to/in line with operational requirements between 06:00-18:00.
Overtime will be required according to changing volume streams.Within the onboarding phase it is required to travel between 50% up to 100% according to operational requirements as operations is split into two locations until end of 2023.Key job responsibilities

You have a completed bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of Amazon experience · You take ownership in your work and team and are available to work overtime during Amazon’s peak holiday season and as needed year-round. In addition, you are flexible to work on any type of assigned shift (nights, weekends, etc.). · You pride yourself in leading others; you have direct management experience and have been responsible for your employees’ performance. · You have an eye for efficiency and have experience identifying and executing process improvement initiatives. · Good English skills
