Director, AdTech Solution Architect

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in adtech, martech and/or signals.
• OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Experience with customer data platforms
• Experience with identity resolution techniques, customer consent management, and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) protection best practices.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in adtech, martech and/or signals.
• OR equivalent experience.
• 8+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
• Experience with data governance frameworks and Data Quality Management Platform (DQMP) tools
• Experience in AdTech stacks and data activation channels, including CRM, email, paid media, digital, and ad tech.

Data Products for Journey Orchestration:Maintain reusable data assets to enhance journey orchestration, enabling effective and precise cross-channel customer engagement. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring data products align with marketing goals and campaign strategies. Act as the primary point of contact for all media campaign-related data product requests and updates.
