Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline AND 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C++, C#, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience as a tech lead or mentoring other engineers.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check : This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languagesOR Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, or JavaScript
- Ability to drive cross-organizational initiatives.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity associated with working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Experience inidentifyingautomation and tooling opportunities to improve privacy processes.
- Ability to dive deep into unfamiliar tech stacks and evaluate gaps.
- Experience as a full stack developer.
- In-depth knowledge of privacy standards and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
- Familiarity with privacy-enhancing technologies and frameworks.
- The Ability to design and implement privacy solutions in cloud environments.
- Experience in automating privacy compliance processes.
