Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders
Support testing activities for system upgrades
Manage call centre requests in an efficient and professional manner
Perform regular maintenance tasks to support MES system
Provide diagnostic and troubleshooting support to operations on MES software through the MES Admin mailbox
BAM error analysis and resolution
Partner with IT on critical incidence resolution
Demonstrate excellent communication and interaction skills with customer of varying technical ability

Qualifications and Experience Required:
An entry level professional. General knowledge and application of technical and business concepts, procedures, and practices. Interprets company policies and procedures to resolve issues. Beginning knowledge of industry practices and standards
Level 8 degree or currently studying preferable
3+ years experience of exposure to multiple manufacturing systems and processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong customer Focus and works well as part of team
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience
Solid organizational & time management skills with a strong attention to detail
Self -disciplined and results oriented with the ability to meet or exceed deadlines
