- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in supply chain and manufacturing, and with technical hardware.
- 8 years of experience in Transportation industry (i.e., Air, Sea, Express, Rail, Truck, etc.).
- 5 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in a technical or engineering field.
- 12 years of experience managing hardware supply chain.
- 8 years of experience in agreement facilitation and supplier performance management.
- Ability to work, influence, and resolve conflicts cross-functionally with internal/external partners.
