• Review and Approve Financing Requests : Perform credit analysis and make substantiated approval decisions within critical deadlines
• Support Sales and Portfolio Management : Work on new deals, support the Sales team, and manage the portfolio
• Ensure Compliance : Ensure transactions comply with internal and regulatory policies, and handle regulatory risk reporting
• Drive Innovation : Participate in risk management projects to drive improvements
• Manage Outsourcing : After an initial introduction period, take on the role of Outsourcing Officer, ensuring compliance with German supervisory law

• Conduct credit analysis and prepare recommendations
• Ensure transactions are closed in line with approval conditions
• Monitor portfolio performance and conduct annual reviews
• Support Sales during customer visits and financial reviews
• Handle overdue customers and restructure facilities as necessary
• Prepare and deliver quarterly outsourcing performance reports
• Advise the Board on outsourcing issues and ensure regulatory compliance

• Education : Professional education degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or similar
• Experience : Proven experience in regulated financial services, credit underwriting, and documentation
• Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in German and English. Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Attitude : Performance and result-driven with a strong can-do attitude. Enjoy working in an international environment

• Knowledge of Healthcare and Industrial Finance
• Experience with German regulatory and legal environments (MaRisk and KWG)
• Risk management and outsourcing management experience
