Lead and/or participate in global procurement programs and projects

WHAT YOU BRING
University degree preferably in Business Administration or a related field
Understanding of E2E procurement practices, procurement tools, and sourcing strategies
Ability to work in international teams in an virtual environment
Solution-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven track record in internal customer communication & escalations management
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken, written), other languages are welcome
5+ years procurement experience (which includes at least 3 years’ experience in a procurement function in a multinational company)
Experience in leading teams, either as manager or team lead
