Qualcomm is expanding its automotive compute leadership in high performance cockpit electronics to L2/L3/L4 ADAS & automated driving solutions and has a worldwide team to actively design and prototype the brain of next-generation automated vehicles. Especially in Seoul, South Korea, we are looking for a talented engineer who has developed one of the following:

  • A deep learning architecture/pipeline for end-to-end automated driving, i.e., perception to planning, based on vision and/or LLM

  • A reinforcement learning algorithm that is deployed in the field to control an automated vehicle

  • An automated driving system with real-time vision-based perception that requires no HD maps

You will have the opportunity to closely collaborate with a group of top talents in deep learning and automated driving globally.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong understanding and experience of deep learning

  • Proficiency in one of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, …)

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • 10+ years of related work experience

  • Industry experience working with(in) OEM/Tier-1 for automated driving

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good programming skills in Python/C/C+ Education Requirements

  • Required: Master's or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering

  • Preferred: Doctorate or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.

PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience.
