Essential Responsibilities:

• Implements tasks within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), receiving structure and oversight from more experienced staff
• Follows well-established internal conventions and standard procedures
• Understands internal standards & processes an applies them to make technical decisions
• Collaborates with peers, manager, and project lead to gain understanding of tasks and review solutions
• May contribute to code & design reviews

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualification:

We are looking for a highly skilled Power Platform Developer to build and scale enterprise-grade solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• AI Proficiency: Practical experience with AI Builder and Copilot for intelligent automation.

• Strong Development Skills: Expertise in scripting, programming, and debugging complex solutions.

• Architecture & Design: Ability to design robust systems, automate business workflows, and structure scalable solutions.

• Advanced Integration: Deep knowledge of integrating APIs, custom connectors, and both cloud and on-premises data sources .

• Analytical Strength: Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking to drive high-performance implementations.

• Good to have : Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600).
