What you'll do:

• Development Experience global program landing and exeuction in Labs China
• Development Experience program is to improve developers and other development roles’ daily working experience and development productivitiy. Your role is to keep tracking global programs’ roll-out plan, align with Labs LoB teams for execution. Bridge global resources to local teams. Bridge local requirements to global teams.
• Particularly, this role will engage in coordinating to realize more AI empowered development workflows and tools, to improve developers’ efficiency and experience.
• It need both technical background and project management skills

• Love development operations, project management like tasks

• Candidates preferred - have systematic AI trainings or with AI related project experience
• Candidates preferred – orginate from economic and social weaker areas; or study at universities located in economic or social weaker areas
• Can work for minimum3-4days a week for at least5months onsite in Shanghai
