What a typical day looks like:

• Check the performance of technician's maintenance and golden sample testing result
• Flexflow data analysis and improve FPY and troubleshooting (based on the quantity of testers)
• Optimize test program
• Line/Test/Fixture error proofing review/improvement
• Repair the testers
• Attend conference call & customer meeting
• Analyze failure parts and clear bone pile
• Analyze RMA and prepare debug report
• Monthly PM of fixtures (based on the quantity of testers)

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electronic engineering or mechanical & electronic engineering
• 5+ years PCBA product or system function testing working experience.
• Good English in writing and reading.
• Good ability of trouble shooting.
• Good ability of logical analysis
• Preferred working experience in automotive electronics industry.
