Your Impact
You would work with the Commercial vertical in India to understand customers’ needs and provide collaboration solutions to address these needs. The following are some of your key work areas:
- Work closely with the Account Executive team to create a sales plan for your territory.
- Understand the Collaboration solutions in-depth.
- Work with the Business Unit to understand the technology and products.
- Train Internal and External teams. Internal teams include Account Managers, Solutions Engineers and top management, External Team includes partners and customers.
- Represent Cisco in Cisco Hosted events.
- Understand Customer’s needs-latent or stated.
- Provide solutions that are efficient and cost effective.
- Stay abreast of competition and gain competitive knowledge.
- Work on RFPS. Draft technical specs, provide compliance and work with customers and partners to complete the necessary documentation.
- Understand legal obligations of the role and act accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering from accredited Engineering college/University.
- CCNA/CCIE or equivalent is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good Communications skills-Articulation of concepts using industry terminologies.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, Whiteboarding, Communication technologies.
- Good written and verbal skills to put across concepts, solutions and technology is needed.
- Minimum 10 + years of experience in customer facing role preferably in collaboration technologies.
- Experience in working along with partners would be desirable.
- Positive Attitude, Team-Work and desire to complete work in a given time frame is essential.
- Work experience on RFPs and Tender documents is desirable.
