Maintain strong familiarity with existing user processes and way of work, system features, workflows, automations, interfaces and related data.
Independently identify opportunities for improvement and define new/optimized processes and system flows to improve business and operational KPIs.
Serve as a global focal point for regional stakeholders, Sales and Support HQ and other organizational units (IS, logistics, digital marketing, product, finance), regarding business related information systems (CRM, ERP, Web based self-service tools and others)
Collect system and data needs and create detailed MRDs and PRDs (together with IS department).
Work with IS department on systems roadmap planning, versions content and releases processes.
Lead the launch of new features, take part in the QA process and the creation of training material, train key stakeholders and follow up on adoption and measure usage and impact.
Lead the efforts to create, maintain and optimize BI reports, dashboards, and other data tools to track adoptions and efficiency of system features and business processes.
Initiates and lead automation and AI projects to improve sales and support efficiency.
Manage a team of systems and data analysts: direct HR management, tasks and prioritization, professional development.
