From pre-sales through to integration and optimization. You'll be a trusted advisor to customers, acting as a gateway to our products and platforms teams. High-profile customers with huge web, streaming, or API traffic, you'll deliver technical solutions and creatively undertake challenges.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with account teams to evaluate customer architecture and deliver the best of class solutions
• Ensuring customer success by focusing on best practice, helping develop a long-term web performance and security strategy
• Partnering cross-functionally to review and ensure integration efficiency, deliver high quality service and ensure customer engagement
• Identifying service enhancements and potential problems to ensure continuous improvements to quality of customer service
• Participating on internal projects to contribute to best practices, improving our methodology and quality of integrations.
• Mentoring and coaching other team members to share skills and knowledge and to help team development

To be successful in this role you will:

• Demonstrate experience in a customer-facing role within the IT industry
• Have experience in web technologies such as HTTP/DNS or other Web Development methodologies and languages
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to present to various stakeholders
• Have the ability to be a technical consultant building trusted relationships with stakeholders across various levels
• Demonstrate experience in managing and delivering technical projects with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Enjoy working as part of a global team with a real can-do attitude
