• 6+ years related experience at ads or recommendation
• 4+ years hands-on experience with PyTorch or Tensorflow
• Strong knowledge and skills in machine learning software development and architectures for machine learning

• Drive algorithmic improvements for ads retrieval and ranking models online and offline
• Developing and delivering robust and scalable solutions, making direct impacts on advertisers' ROI, and increase advertisers' CVR
• Improve user/context/ads understanding. Apply these techinques to online to get revenue rise and demands ROI rise.
• Leverage LLM into Ads scenario. And it is appreciated to have LLM distillation experience
