Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND5+years experience(including internships) in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
  • ORMaster's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 4+years experiencein Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
  • ORequivalent experience.

• Engage with Engineering Business leadership to design company aligned Procurement strategies centered around capabilities, quality, and value to Microsoft.
• Lead end-to-end procurement solutions from supplier strategy creation to sourcing /competitive bid / direct negotiations for each of the identified business units.
• Deliver on key procurement metrics on hard dollar savings, supplier diversity, sustainability, security, compliance, company aligned enterprise value.
• Partner with the business, Finance, Privacy, and legal groups to land strategies on a cost optimized, scalable, and compliant supply base.
• Drive strategy informed by data analytics, business requirements, supplier capabilities and performance, industry trends, financial budgets and procurement and contract data.
• Identify opportunities for supplier rationalization and AI strategies that deliver effective supplier use while considering risk, overall supplier mix and opportunities to invest in innovative or diverse supplier capabilities.
