Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND5+years experience(including internships) in Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
- ORMaster's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field AND 4+years experiencein Data Science/Analytics, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain, and/or Operations
- ORequivalent experience.

- Demonstrated leadership skills, the ability to foster trust, and establish credibility at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in managing sourcing activities across the contracting lifecycle, encompassing strategic sourcing, expedited negotiations, and contract renewal processes.
- Analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities with the ability to be decisive in the face of ambiguity.
- Ability to create clarity, generate energy, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Business acumen, communication and relationship building skills, including executive presence and executive presentation experience.
- Demonstrative experience in providing strategic and thought leadership, proven cross-functional team facilitation experience required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively both within Microsoft Procurement and with other teams at Microsoft. Customer focused, responsive and action-oriented, displaying urgency as required to meet business needs.
