Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience working in the telecommunications industry within metropolitan/long haul fiber network delivery and ISP/OSP construction.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with fiber/colocation availability and scalability analysis.
- Experience in vendor management in the telecommunications/network industry.
- Experience with network planning and engineering.
- Knowledge of project management and deployment of terrestrial long haul fiber-optic network infrastructure engineering design and construction projects.
