• Perform analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies.
• Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered.
• Direct report to CFO, and daily exposure to brand Director and Latam region.
• Elaborate, analyze and follow up P&L at company and business area level.
• Develop and perform dashboard maintenance.
• Act as business partners for sales and marketing teams.
• Analyze profitability by segment, identifying costs and associated revenues, and proposing solutions to improve efficiency.
• Check the implementation of new plans and strategies against previous ones to assess which is optimal.
• Driving major strategic or tactical initiatives such as cost savings or revenue optimization projects.
• Elaborate long term cash forecast.

• Graduated in Business Administrator or Public Accountant.
• 3+ years experience in positions as Controller, Planning Analyst or Finance Partner in the pharmaceutical, retail or mass consumption industry.
• Advanced analytical skills (Excel,Tableau, QlikView or Power BI analysis tools).
• Advanced english level.
• Excellent communicator, relationship building, negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Ability to connect strategy with execution- i.e. driving major strategic or tactical initiatives such as cost savings or revenue optimization projects.
• Savvy with technology and use intelligent tools to analyze financial and operational information.
