What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On
- Build and lead an organization of 30-40 people including team leads, software engineers,
- Lead creation of a new platform and support current products and services in the process of modernizing our platform to support business growth and provide solutions for our customers.
- Grow and tutor managers, teams and engineers and scale the organization.
- Work in an agile environment with a highly professional and capable teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Architects, SRE DevOps, Operation and other R&D teams to achieve business goals.
- Design solutions, evaluate architecture options, set technical direction and quality standards, guide implementation.
- Promote personal development while maintaining an innovative culture.
- Take ownership of the group’s growth and recruiting process.
- Effectively manage all resources according to objectives and business needs as well as make the right decisions.

Have You Done This Kind Of Stuff?
- B.Sc in computer science or equivalent - must.
- 5+ years of managerial experience, leading a large dev group (managing managers) or entire R&D in Small medium company.
- 5 + years of experience as a developer - all the way from DB to UI (Using C#, .NET -big advantage!, Java, familiar with REST WEB API and Queues).
- Broad knowledge and opinions of Microservices architecture, OOP and design patterns.
- Experience developing systems (and not just services).
- Experience with frontend technologies like Angular, React.
- Experience in engineering best practices (code-reviews, test coverage, agile methodologies).
- Experience with Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) – Advantage.
- Experience with UX design – Advantage.
