Your role:
Support the Compliance Officer in oversight and management of the Corporate Compliance Program and implementing the policies, procedures and practices designed to ensure compliance Corporate Integrity Agreement and federal healthcare program requirements.
Develop and implement risk-based auditing and monitoring work plans to detect, identify, and mitigate potential compliance risks.
Collaborate with internal teams including legal, commercial, and finance to review proposed arrangements with health care providers to identify compliance risks and provide appropriate guidance.
Deliver live and virtual training sessions on legal compliance topics and the Corporate Integrity Agreement, maintaining training records to ensure accountability.
Investigate potential violations, recommend risk mitigation strategies, and contribute to annual compliance reporting.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 6+ years of compliance and/or management experience in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals, with demonstrated accountability in previous roles.
Your skills include expertise in healthcare compliance regulations including, but not limited to, the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and Sunshine Act.
Your skills include competency with various databases such as SAP ERP, MS-Access, Excel, and Power BI.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; compliance certifications such as CHC or CCEP are preferred.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
You’re a proactive, self-directed individual with strong communication and analytical skills, ready to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $102,000 to $135,000.
US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.
