Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
OR equivalent experience.
Experience presenting value of proposed solutions, plans, and risks to stakeholders and decision makers. This includes the ability to persuade and inform based on facts and alignment with goals and strategy.
This role requires proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Czech and English as you will be assigned to the Czech Customer Market.

Technical experience and knowledge in Well Architected Framework/Cloud Adoption Framework (WAF/CAF) with an emphasis on proactive resiliency including Networking, Zonal/multi-region, and Security, Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures with the services required to operate AI solutions at scale, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management
Insightful listening: asking insightful questions to understand the customer needs, issues, business environment and drivers, and going beyond what is said.
Technical experience and knowledge in Networking, Azure VMWare solutions (AVS) and Migrations.
Responsibilities
You will develop relationships with key customer IT decision makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates as well as be the Voice of the Customer and share insights and best practices and connect with Engineering teams to remove blockers.
You will provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.
You will drive the virtual team in operating and optimizing complex and high-impact situations for strategic customers/partners in collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., Customer Services and Support, Customer Success Account Management, other Account Team members, Product Groups).
You will deliver excellence as you own your committed pipeline and ensure delivery in alignment with customer expectations
You will develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's Azure Infrastructure services required to operate AI solutions at scale, inclusive of value proposition and how they get value from their investment in the Microsoft technology.
You will lead the adoption of Microsoft offerings based on analysis/differentiation of Microsoft and competitor products to influence the industry-wide direction for specific architecture(s).
You will run Architectural Design Sessions to build plan for implementing solution –governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment as you use CAF Landing Zones to rapidly enable migrations, help build customer resiliency in priority areas including Networking, Zonal/multi-region and Security and prepare our customers for AI Innovation.
You will identify resolutions to issues blocking go-live of customer success projects by leveraging Azure Infrastructure technical subject matter expertise and lead technical conversations with customers to drive value from their Microsoft investments and deliver all work according to MS best practices and policies.
You will demonstrate a Self-Learner mindset through continuous alignment of individual skilling to team/area demands and Customer Success goals as you accelerate customer outcomes and engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP re-sure and learn from others to help accelerate your customers transformation journey.
