O Programa Jovem Aprendiz visa preparar jovens talentos para o mercado de trabalho nas áreas técnicas e humanas e assim promover a sua inclusão social. As candidaturas a estas oportunidades são consideradas para:

• Jovens entre 16 e 24 anos
• Estudantes que estejam cursando ou tenham concluído o ensino médio, e que estejam matriculados em cursos de instituições parceiras da Microsoft (Instituto Ser+) para o Programa Jovem Aprendiz
• Estudantes para uma primeira experiência no Programa Jovem Aprendiz
  

The Joven Aprendiz Program aims to prepare young people for the labor market in both technical and humanities, thereby promoting their social inclusion.

Applications for these opportunities are considered for:

• Young people between 16 and 24 years old
  Students who are attending or have completed high school, and are enrolled in courses at institutions partnered with Microsoft (Instituto Ser+) for the Young Apprentice Program
• Students seeking their first experience in the Young Apprentice Program

Qualificações Mínimas

• Estar atualmente matriculado no Instituto Ser+
• Disponibilidade para trabalhar 4 horas por dia presencialmente na unidade do Data Center em Campinas
• Desejo de aprender, crescer e desenvolver novas habilidades técnicas

Qualificações Desejáveis

• Conhecimento básico de hardware de computadores
• Conhecimento básico de sistemas elétricos e/ou mecânicos
• Conhecimento básico de tarefas administrativas, controle de estoque e gestão de inventário
• Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita, habilidades analíticas e de apresentação em português brasileiro e inglês

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Instituto Ser+
• Availability to work 4 hours/day onsite at the Campinas Data Center location
• Desire to learn, grow, and develop new technical skills
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic computer hardware knowledge
• Basic knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems
• Basic knowledge of administrative tasks, stock control, and inventory management
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills in Brazilian Portuguese and English

Os Aprendizes de Data Center se concentrarão em uma das três áreas: Logística, TI ou Ambiente Crítico. Suas tarefas podem incluir:

• Realizar verificações regulares nos equipamentos para garantir que estejam funcionando bem
• Manter ferramentas e áreas de armazenamento organizadas e ajudar com tarefas administrativas
• Monitorar e acompanhar solicitações de serviço
• Substituir componentes em servidores e cabeamento de fibra óptica sob supervisão
• Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com a equipe para adquirir experiência prática e conhecimento com foco nas operações de Data Center

Responsibilities:

As a Jovem Aprendiz (Young Apprentice), you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects. Data Center Apprentices will focus on one of three areas: Logistics, IT, or Critical Environment. Your tasks may include:

• Doing regular checks on equipment to make sure it works well
• Keeping tools and storage areas organized and helping with office tasks
• Monitoring and following up on service requests
• Replacing components in servers and fiber optic cabling under supervision
• Working closely with the team to gain hands-on experience and knowledge with a focus on Datacenter operations
