In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
- Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
- Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Workday HCM certification and also certified in Absence Management and/or Time Tracking Consulting Core.
- Competence and relevant experience in leading workshops for WD Absence Management and/or Time Tracking modules in at least 1 project.
- 2+year experience in end-to-end implementation of Absence Management and Time Tracking module for American, European and/or APAC customer businesses is preferred
- Identify Business Requirements for Absence Management and/or Time Tracking work stream and align them to Workday, driving towards decisions and recommending best practices in all phases of the Project.
- Use consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively implement the functionality into the client’s business environment in order to achieve client expected business results
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Proficiency in Core HCM and advanced reporting in WD Absence
- Desirable to have experience on WD UK or US and Canada Payroll.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and eventually translate business requirements to system design.
