Description
- Create and analyze financial reporting for capital projects to ensure accuracy, insight and cost saving controls- Execute annual budgeting and drive quarterly actuals/forecasting activities- Analyze vendor health and provide mitigation recommendations- Develop and innovate executive reporting and simplify and streamline existing reporting- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years of work experience in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional finance experience in Construction finance, with a background in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
  • Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, with phenomenal attention to detail and ability to think creatively
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Build effective business partnerships and be an excellent collaborator
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong financial modeling skills; Experience with Tableau and SQL strongly preferred
  • Experience with enterprise software systems and databases (i.e, SAP, Essbase, BPC)
  • Fundamental understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
  • MBA and CPA a plus
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $161,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
