Description
- Budget planning, spend control, Capex and opex repurpose.- Manage overall purchasing to payment process.- Raise purchase request, track and report purchase details of orders and deliveries.- Coordination of logistics shipments inbound and outbound and resolve custom issues.- Identity infrastructure needs of each site and pull in resources.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS and/or MS degree in Business Management, Finance, Supply chain or Engineering.
- Fluent in Japanese and willing to travel to Japan frequently.
- 8+ years experience in procurement or finance management.
- Knowledge of international trade, finance and tax policy.
- Experience with SAP.
- Proven experience on high intensity purchase and PR approval escalation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor/display industry or accounting firm(big four) is preferred.
- Demonstrate achievement in a fast-paced business planning area.
- Self-driven, and capable to contribute autonomously.
- Solid understanding of policy and requirements and interpret to internal customers.
- Soft negotiations (advise not argue), strategic networking, and effective communication.
- Strong organizational skills - Ability to work across a large organization and get things done.
- Detail-oriented and logistically thinking.
