Key Qualifications
- 6 - 10 years working experience (minimum 5 years in engineering development or engineering program management)
- General knowledge on product development life cycle (Proto build, EVT, DVT etc)
- Program Management Experience
- Good communication skill
- Familiar with technical risk assessment review
- Good in writing status report & technical review summary
- Good problem analytic skill
- Good status tracking skill and attend to detail
- Able to work well with cross cultural and multi-functional team
- Willing to travel: 60-70% frequency
- Have problem solving methodology / tool (FACA report, 5Y, fishbone etc)
- General industrial manufacturing process like Display TFT, SMT, die cutting, plastic injection moulding, sheet metal stamping etc
- Know failure analysis (FA tool) like SEM/EDX, FTIR etc
Education & Experience
Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent experience in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical etc)
