We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

What you need to know about the role

As one of the senior engineers in the tram, you will be the go-to person for any technical issues and decisions internally, and partner with other teams and partnersYour day-to-day

• Provide technical leadership in a high-performing engineering team to build and scale a highly secure, reliable, and performant AI/ML platform to enable a standardized end-to-end model development and production lifecycle with delightful user experience

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to define platform requirements and priorities.

• Architect scalable and efficient platform that enables data scientists to build, deploy, andmonitormachine learning solutions end-to-end.

• Ensure high code quality, performance, and reliability through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to software development best practices.

• Drive innovation by researching and incorporatingstate-of-the-artmachine learning techniques, tools, and frameworks into the platform.

• Effective communication, listening, interpersonal, influencing, and alignment driving skills; able to convey important messages in a clear and compelling manner

• Mentor team members,providetechnical guidance, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technology and industry trends andleveragethis knowledge to enhance the platform's capabilities
