Your Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution:Lead the tactical delivery of innovative internal communications campaigns across various channels, including email, video, webcasts, events, intranet, digital signage, and social media. Campaigns will focus on key areas such as Social Value Impact, Wellness and People Engagement, Outreach by EY Networks, and the "Meet Our New Partners" series among others.
- Content Creation:Develop and amplify engaging content for internal digital platforms to effectively communicate priority messaging and enhance employee engagement.
- Communication Coordination:Manage all firm-wide communications requests while maintaining a dynamic content calendar within a fast-paced internal communications team.
- Technology Utilisation:Ensure the Internal Communications team leverages the latest technology to maximize efficiency and serve as the main point of contact for EY regional and global teams regarding internal messaging cascades.
