JOB DESCRIPTION

You will workclosely with our sales team to understand customer requirements and developtailored solutions that meet their needs. Your technical knowledge andcustomer-facing experience will be key in driving sales and ensuring customersatisfaction. In this role, you will be the Swiss army knife of the technicalside of our sales efforts. As the sole person in this role, you will be thepartner of our sales team, bringing an entrepreneurial spirit to the table.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaboratewith the sales team to identify customer needs and develop technical solutions
  • Conductproduct demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefitsof our products
  • Providetechnical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process
  • Assist in thepreparation of proposals, quotes, and technical documentation
  • Stayup-to-date with industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate thevalue of our products to customers
  • Build andmaintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction andrepeat business
  • Travel tocustomer locations and industry events (25%)
YOU MUST HAVE:
  • 5+ years of proven technical sales/field experience
  • Strongtechnical skills and knowledge (ex. OT Radio, First Station Alerting Systems, Fire & EMS communications, or CAD systems experience)
  • Provencustomer-facing experience
  • Excellentcommunication and presentation skills
  • Ability tounderstand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions
