Leading high-quality and successful delivery of all Security Services engagements and acts as the point of escalation for the team, providing necessary guidance on all issues that might arise
Provide CyberArk expert technical services to enterprise customers, while optimizing technical delivery methodology and delivery model for customers
Present CyberArk’s Security Services value proposition effectively and proactively seek out new security services opportunities. Participate in sales activities, Drive adoption including positioning technical services, scoping, solutioning, estimating and proposing
Collaborate with other teams/divisions, regional delivery partners, strengthen relationships, and identify incremental business opportunities
Overview the workload of the Security Services Team by ensuring adequate service delivery coverage in all situations
Contribute to the expansion of services within the region
Communicate all processes and best practices and learnings gained to/from the field
Actively participate in wider leadership projects and initiatives
Respond to requests from both internal and external customers/clients
Requirements:
5 or more years of experience working in a customer-facing technical role/ Project manager
Experience managing complex delivery projects to meet customers' objectives
Experience with the following technologies: IDM, SSO, SIEM, Application Servers, Authentication Products, and Ticketing Systems
Experience with Cloud Services – AWS, Google, Azure
Experience working with Salesforce, Financial force, Gainsight
Strong verbal and written communication skills
MIS/Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience is an advantage
