Your Role and ResponsibilitiesPurpose of the job:Key duties and responsibilities:- Lead the E2E Accounts Payable Operational regional teams
- Perform execution of global Accounts Payable strategy ( e.g. invoice scanning, data registration, error resolution, internal controlling tasks, payments)
- Ensure keeping the AP measurement targets, especially the Paid on Time metric
- Ensure providing quantitative and qualitative work
- Learn, understand and keep the procedures, documentations, instructions and auditing / business controls guidelines
- Keep internal target dates
- Develop own and Team skills plus knowledge aligned to business strategy
- Sharing knowledge with team members& peers
- Participating / facilitating in diverse Agile ceremonies to discuss status of project activities, actions, tasks, blockers; providing input about completed and closed items
- Using team collaboration tools
- Work in an Agile environment
- Recommending process changes and contribute to the whole lifecycle of the projects
- Driving, owning and supporting process enhancement / modification initiatives
- Maintaining good working relationships with all parties
