Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Payroll (ECP) Analyst. The role will be responsible for configuring and maintaining all aspects of Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain ECP module, including setting up payroll structures, salary rules, benefits, and deductions
  • Design and implement payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and maintain complex payroll calculations, including gross-to-net and net-to-gross calculations
  • Configure and test payroll integrations with other SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central and Time Off
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, collaborating with internal teams and external partners as needed
  • Develop and maintain documentation of ECP configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with ECP releases, patches, and best practices, applying knowledge to optimize payroll processes.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module
  • Strong understanding of payroll principles, laws, and regulations
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Experience with testing and troubleshooting payroll-related issues
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors platform and other related modules (e.g., Employee Central, Time Off) is an asset


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience with ECP in UK, US, or Canada is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Certification in SuccessFactors ECP or related payroll certification
  • Experience with other HR systems or payroll software
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
