Job Description
The position is part of the Enrolment Operations group within the Learning & Knowledge Services Department (Technical Training Centre). The position is the first line of contact, support, and engagement of training and certification activities for our Global Support Services workforce.
This is a fast-paced technical training environment which the coordinator requires flexibility and organisation adjusting to workflows change, move rapidly and prioritising with multiple daily tasks.
Responsible for coordinating all Technical Training activities associated with KLA Products, including the input of training schedules, managing student attendance, billing in SAP CRM and Learning Management System Administration.
Responsibilities include:
Administration
- Collaborating with internal customers prior to and/or after training.
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
- Uses office automated systems to input data, generate reports and conduct specialised research projects and respond to all incoming inquiries and requests.
- Updates logs and databases and maintains files and documentation.
- Single point of contact for external customer and internal training demands.
Customer Focus
- Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Understand what information is considered proprietary and what can be made available to others.
- Understands and relates standard principles, concepts and techniques to immediate work assignments.
- Exhibits professionalism and approachable demeanour.
Training Centre Operation Excellency
- Facilitates resource planning for various training products, tool, and/or instructor
- Running Newport day to day operation for the training centre, which may include but not limited to: assuring classrooms have supplies required, assist students with inquiries related to their training classes, escorting customers/internal employees to their classrooms, etc
- Liaison for vendor and procurement matters, which may include but not limited to: printing vendor requests/follow-up, hotel liaison, supply orders, employee complaints, etc
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint
- Experience in using SAP CRM (or similar) to build and raise quotation and process billing
- Capable in hosting and attending zoom and team meetings
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work with minimal direction
- Ability to multitask in a constantly evolving work environment
