In this role, you’re expected to:
- Collaborating with data consumer to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product (e.g. Loans, Derivatives, Deposits,etc) requirements.
- Partners with business teams to develop process improvements, solutions, and streamline operational workflows
- Applies professional judgment and attention to detail when interpreting data and results based on the analysis of information
- May occasionally provide informal guidance or on the job training to new or lower-level team members
- Creating a product road map based on this vision
- Communicates with tact and diplomacy to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information with project stake holders or internal parties
- Works and coordinates with a multidisciplinary group of business leads, operations managers, and technologists
- Report Data Quality issues through the Data Concern Remediation Management process
- Defines detailed business data requirements and documenting them
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable rules, laws, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgement regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating managing and reporting control issues with transparency
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing requirements.
- Overseeing all stages of project life cycle
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Working with the product team and end-users to deliver updates and status reports
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
- 2-5 years’ Experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs; Banking or Finance industry preferred
- Proficient in the use of intermediate Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Visio)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of project management
- Working knowledge of business analysis and QA testing
- Working knowledge of Collibra and other Data Governanceindustry standard tools
- Intermediate proficiency in System Query Language (SQL)
- Demonstrated understanding of Database structures
- Flexible, team-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Derivatives
- Cash, Fixed Assets, Intercompany
- SFT
- Retail Loans (i.e. Cards, Mortgages, Personal Loans)

Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
