About the Role
The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for processing the assigned Rapid7 payrolls. To be successful in this role you will need to ensure payroll inputs align with the outputs, while adhering to the approved payroll deadlines and assigned pay dates. In addition, you will act as a Team Player and be able to support your team members as needed for back up purposes.
In this role, you will:
- Process payroll for multiple countries end to end, with the support of the assigned Global Payroll Provider.
- Prioritize payroll processing according to the approved payroll calendars and deadlines to ensure compliance.
- Audit payroll gross to net to payroll inputs provided, research, and correct discrepancies.
- Work on payroll problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization as needed.
- Respond to all internal customers’ inquiries within the assigned SLAs.
- Assist as needed with month-end closing queries as they relate to the payrolls.
- Understand Rapid7’s Leave polices and how they relate to your assigned payrolls for compliance and accurate payroll purposes.
- Access online banking systems to initiate all necessary funding payments for payroll, taxes and benefits as designated per country.
- Be open to a hybrid work environment, 3 days a week in our Prague office
The skills you’ll bring include:
- Approximately 3+ years’ experience supporting Czech Republic payroll, Global payroll is plus.
- Intermediate Excel experience, Google Suite is a plus.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and time management due to varying time zones and deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interact within all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and solid analytical skills.
- Fluent in English, bilingual is a plus.
- Workday experience is a plus.
