Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, OR product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 16+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
  • 8+ years of experience in people management, leading cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Proven track record of successful design, delivery, and iteration on complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with data-driven insights creation, strategy definition, and experimentation.
  • Working knowledge of networking, operating systems, configurations, H/w Infrastructure, and Cloud
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving multiple parallel technical programs to successful completion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Flexibility to learn and apply learning to improve business outcomes, positive impact for the team and self.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed trade-offs and solve complex problems.
  • Proven track record of successful design, delivery, and iteration on complex projects with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with data-driven insights creation, strategy definition, and experimentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across different locations and time zones.
  • Industry standard certifications such as ITIL, PMP etc. would be a plus.
Responsibilities
  • People Managem ent: Lead a team of Technical Program Managers to drive the development and implementation of servicing programs, products, and services.
  • Delivery : Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to meet project milestones and deliverables.
  • Servicing : Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure the quality and reliability of servicing updates.
  • Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer support, to ensure successful delivery of servicing updates and features.
  • Strategic Acumen : Drive strong area strategy while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to define, prioritize and execute business priorities
  • Continuous Improvements : Analyse business opportunities and recommend strategic investments to enhance the Windows Servicing platform.
  • Culture : Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer focus within the team.
