In this role you will be responsible for project delivery, design management & project management, for positioning and winning projects involving a range of services. The role will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering and design technical leaders to create opportunities for Jacobs to plan, develop, deliver and operate a range of projects.
Job Description:
- Performing process engineering calculations like heat & mass balance, Utility sizing, Thermal rating of heat exchangers and hydraulics
- Reviewing all aspects of design and construction for consistency and safety, including leading HAZOP and PHA Reviews
- Breadth of experience across multiple technical disciplines
- Understand project technical elements
- Understand project processes and how disciplines interact
- Co-ordination of people and processes
- Contributes to a culture of excellence in quality work and successful projects
- Build appropriate relationships with relevant project stakeholders/ leads
- Provide feedback and coaching to other team members

lls and Competencies Required:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering Discipline with Minimum 11- 15 years in Process Department of a consultancy organization
- Strong Technical Skills in carrying out basic and detailed engineering work. The candidate should be experienced in handling Formulation Projects including Steriles and High Containment Plants
- Should be able to prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
- Should have strong knowledge on layout designing of Formulation Projects
- Should be able to independently carry out Capacity Mapping of Formulation Projects
- The candidate should possess sound knowledge on equipment selection criteria for Formulation equipment, Sterile Filling Lines, Containment equipments etc.
- Should have knowledge on latest ISPE Guidelines
- Should be well aware of regulatory requirements of USFDA, MHRA, WHO etc
