The Role

Strategic Planning:Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive project planning and scheduling strategies in alignment with the programme outcomes and objectives to set and maintain an integrated programme baseline.

Key Stakeholder Reporting:Generate and present accurate and timely progress reports and complex scenario analyses to senior management, programme board and key government and investor stakeholders.

Process and Tools Implementation:Lead on the implementation, use and continuous improvements and innovation in process and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, etc.) and best practices under NEC form of contract for planning and scheduling, quantitative schedule risk analysis and critical chain management.
